Our rose bush has been growing buds for a bit and we knew they would begin to open any day. Today is that day!

Yesterday I noticed several red buds on our rose bush with numerous green ones. Sure enough this morning the first bud has opened.

We have our first rose of the year blooming on the rose bush. I smelled it when I was outside so I had to get a picture to share it.

Our rose bush is still blooming. It’s still getting some clusters of flowers.
