The Good Old Internet

We were in Philly for a concert on Friday night. Eagles fans were everywhere, and the city was lit up green.

We saw Dream Theater in Philly. That was my Christmas gift ot my girlfriend. We both love the band!

KDE 6 has finally hit the ports tree. It’s been stable since I installed it, other than one little hiccup yesterday where themes were not applying correctly.

This morning we had a pretty nice sunrise.

I got my strict presses in from last week, then got my squats in from this cycle. After that, I got a WOD in, so it was a pretty busy day for me in the garage.

I didn’t sleep that well last night, and today was my first fairly heavy day for back squats since I was sick. It was tough, but I got one at 285 pounds.

This morning was the coldest temperature I have experienced.

Yesterday we had a nice little snow before the arctic moved in.

We had an outstanding sunrise this morning, and I just happened to get out of the shower at the right time to see it and get dressed to go get a picture.

I finally got back under the bar this morning, and it felt tough but good to be squatting again. It had been about a month.
