The Good Old Internet

Grace is one of my favorite benchmark WODs. Probably because it’s the first one I really tried. It was at Crossfit Gamma’s grand opening when Mike Jenkins was alive and owned it. That was twelve years ago today.

My quick internet research was correct. I bought a new cord for my weather station console, and that fixed it.

My WS 5000 console has been stuck in a boot loop since the power went off yesterday morning.

We went to Philly and stayed over night so we could check out the Chinese Lantern Festival. It was so well worth it.

We finally made it a point to get a cheese steak when we were in Philly. We went to Angelo’s, and it did not disappoint.

My weather station didn’t properly measure the heavy rain in a thunderstorm again, so I had to clean the funnel.

I am getting consistent with my squats again and feeling less rundown. I made five of the three plus AMRAP at 270 pounds this morning.

Our rose bush has been growing buds for a bit and we knew they would begin to open any day. Today is that day!

I did a test on my squats and presses today after a longish break. I was pleasantly surprised.

Today, I wanted to challenge myself with the heavy kettlebell in an actual WOD. I did, and it felt pretty good!
